We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you with no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, I will have to charge a 60% fee. Failure to attend your appointment without contact will result in a charge of 90% of the services booked. If you wish to change the services of your appointment, you need to give more than 24 hours notice of what you wish to adjust during your appointment to be sure we have the correct amount of time for that appointment.
